Town and Country Players' Ushering and Parking Schedule

Each performance requires a few volunteers to fulfill certain duties to ensure a successful evening for our theater-goers. These duties are required of every T&C member, but non-members are welcome to volunteer as well.

A pair of ushers start the coffee, check tickets, hand out programs, help seat people and serve the intermission drinks and snacks. Ushers need to be available from 7:00 to 9:30. A pair of parkers help safely park cars, squeezing them all in while still retaining exit aisles. Parkers need to be available from 7:00 to 8:00. Raffle ticket sellers need to sell tickets before the show and at intermission and need to be available from 7:00 to 9:30. Please note that matinee performances start at 3:00, so everyone should report for duty at 2:00. The House Manager will provide training if you haven't volunteered before. The Box Office will provide you with a voucher if you aren't seeing the show that night.

Please use this page to sign up. Simply click on an open slot to volunteer, an e-mail will be sent to the coordinator, who will put you on the list and respond with a confirmation e-mail.

If this volunteering mechanism does not seem to work for you, send an e-mail containing your selected job and date to Ken Weigert at membership@TownAndCountryPlayers.org.
