Town and Country Players' Ushering and Parking Schedule

Each performance requires a few T&C members to fulfill certain duties to ensure a successful evening for our theater-goers. These duties are required of every T&C member - please use this page to sign up for two or more evenings. Simply click on an open slot to volunteer, an e-mail will be sent to the coordinator, who will put you on the list and respond with an e-mail.

If this volunteering mechanism does not seem to work for you, send an e-mail containing your selected job and date to Scott Connard at connard@dsg-inc.com.

A pair of ushers start the coffee, take tickets, hand out programs, and serve the intermission drinks and snacks. Ushers need to be available from 6:45 to 9:30. Ushers are not permitted to see the show on nights they are ushering. A pair of parkers help safely park cars, squeezing them all in while still retaining exit aisles. Parkers need to be available from 6:30 to 8:00. Parkers are permitted to see the show on nights when they are parking, but need to complete their parking duties. Please note that Sunday performances start at 3:00, so everyone should report for duty at 1:45. Family Theater performances are at various times as noted, please arrive accordingly. The Box Office person will provide you with your "Gift Certificate" if you aren't seeing the show that night.

Raffle ticket sellers need to sell tickets before the show and at intermission. After intermission, two raffle tickets are chosen from those sold that night for a ticket to another performance.
