TREAT YOUR SUPPORTERS TO A SHOW & RAISE $$$ TOO!

This year Town & Country Players offers benefits for each of our five regular productions running from April though October. Benefit performances can be scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 8:00 pm. All shows are presented in Town & Country Players' charming 240-year-old barn on York Rd. (Rte. 263) in Buckingham, PA.

Here's How It Works!

Reserve the performance date: The cost is $700 for each play and $800 for a musical; $700 for the Family Theater musical; $400 for the Family Theater fall production.

Sell tickets to members and supporters: Ticket prices on regular show nights are $15. If you sell at those prices, you will recoup the cost of the show by selling just 50 tickets. Town & Country Players seats 150 people. If you sell 120 seats, your organization will raise $1,100. You can set your own ticket prices, which will affect your profits.

 

The Evening of the Show

You will need to collect tickets and hand out programs. (Printed programs will be provided).
Two parking attendants are required. Volunteers from your group can provide this service, or T&C will provide it at a cost of $35.
Our newly renovated clubroom is available for your use during intermission. Please feel free to sell or offer refreshments. You could even hold a raffle!
