Don't Drink the Water Proof Lady Windermere's Fan Cat On a Hot Tin Roof Urinetown, The Musical
By Woody Allen
Directed by Keith Kerns
Legendary screenwriter Woody Allen takes us back to the cold war with this tale of espionage, incompetence, and communism in one of his great, goofy, early works. The story takes place in the 1960s behind the Iron Curtain, where a New Jersey caterer and his family are mistaken for spies, and of course, hilarity ensues! They rush to the U.S. Embassy, but it's not much help, as the ambassador's incompetent son is in charge. Nevertheless, they frantically plot their escape, and the ambassador's son and the caterer's daughter even have time to fall in love. Quick fire humor and hilarious situations are sure to guarantee a great time for all. Who knew the Cold War was this funny?

This fascinating drama focuses on Catherine, who following the death of her mathematician father struggles to come to terms with his legacy. Inheriting some of his instability, she is torn between her sister, who wants to take her back to New York, and Hal, a former student of her father's, who tests both her knowledge and her emotions. Intense and compelling, this Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning play shows that the intricacies of the human mind are as complex as a mathematical equation. Come and see this show in the intimate setting that only Town and Country can provide.

By Oscar Wilde
Directed by Kate Fishman
Determined not to trust her husband when circumstances suggest he's been unfaithful, the desirable Lady Margaret Windermere - modern, independent and deliciously free of self-doubt - resolves to leave him flat. But the true nature of her husband's relationship with the "other woman" is very different from what young Margaret assumes it to be. This Victorian comedy of manners is a comic masterpiece that sparkles with Wilde's trademark witty dialogue and confronts the hypocrisy of public 'morality' compared with genuine, private kindness. Join us as we rediscover this oft overlooked jewel and you too will become Lady Windermere's fan.

Nothing can kill a show like an awful title, or so we learn in the opening number of this Tony Award winning musical. In a world where water is in such short supply that private bathrooms have become outlawed, giant corporations control all of the "Public Amenities". Don't let the name fool you, this show is actually a witty and sharp satire of government, big business, and even musicals themselves. So if you're a fan of Musical Comedy, make sure you book a trip to Urinetown.
